They are dedicated to providing compassionate support to all Veterans who need it, with the aim of offering a comprehensive service that will reduce the stress, confusion, and hardship that can be associated with DVA Initial Liability Claims.

The Problem

As a provider of DVA Claim services to Aussie Veterans the process they must comply with is very regimented. What they lacked was a system that allowed them the ability to clearly manage each stage and subcomponent efficiently but also allowed for flexibility to meet the strict requirements of DVA. 


Add to this complexity, the ability to keep track of 100s of individual condition claims at a contact level, as well as being able to keep an overall claim progressing meant many standard SaaS solutions weren't suitable. It also meant growth was limited without additional back office resources.

The Outcome

The Catalysis Group was bought in to support the implementation of Pipefy. A SaaS solution that is designed to increase efficiency and integrate end-to-end operations on a secure, low-code workflow and business process automation (BPA) platform. 


We were specifically able to design and implement additional enhancement such as document generation and digital acceptance, hierarchical workflow control, and 3rd party system integrations.
